Joe Nelms
Joe’s background in telecommunications started in the US Navy in 1974 and he has worked for various communications companies before starting NCOMM in 1992.

Denise Nelms
Denise joined NCOMM in 2001 as office manager and is now
CFO. She has had a long career in corporate finance and
banking. She recently has stepped into managing Phone / VOIP
System Sales, as well as customer support.

Todd Nelms
With over 10 years of experience on our team, Todd has recently stepped into the role of Operations Manager. He specializes in network design and implementation, combining technical expertise with strong operational leadership to deliver exceptional results.
